Service description

Respot is a competitor price and stock monitoring service. It periodically checks publicly accessible product pages you choose and notifies you of changes. We provide the service on an as-is basis and may update or improve features over time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Respot only for lawful purposes and to monitor pages you are permitted to access. You may not use the service to break the terms of third-party websites, to overload or disrupt any system, or to resell the service without our permission. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Subscription and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your current paid period.

Limitation of liability

Respot is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that extracted prices or stock statuses are always complete or accurate, and you are responsible for verifying any data before acting on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Respot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
